Our central purchasing team is at the heart of this vision. For the 16 German companies of Steuler Linings, we coordinate all procurement processes for more than 40,000 items, which we purchase from around 2,000 suppliers from all over the world. Our most important sources of supply extend across Germany, Europe, Asia and America.

We cover a broad spectrum - from raw materials such as chemicals, rubbers and refractory materials to semi-finished metal and plastic products, capital goods, subcontractor services, merchandise, packaging, energy, waste management, vehicle fleets, IT requirements and auxiliary and operating materials.

With a purchasing volume of over 100 million euros, we make a decisive contribution to the company's cost and cash flow situation. Our strategic approach begins in the planning phase, where we work closely with suppliers to secure optimal conditions. At the same time, we promote innovation and efficiency throughout the supply chain to ensure long-term partnerships and competitive production.
